Designed by Brooks+Scarpa, the 1819 Pico Apartments have a prominent location on Pico Boulevard directly across the street from the Santa Monica City College. With basement parking, the ground floor space on Pico will feature a community coffee shop and related retail offerings. Formerly a church, the site will provide 48 units of badly needed affordable housing in the City of Santa Monica.
