CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily, ongoing, on-site management of a building including safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client satisfaction.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for streamlining effective communication among the project’s team by organizing and disseminating appropriate and timely information to meet the project’s monthly and overall goals.
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager is responsible for providing on-site leadership to support the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a building. This role supervises and mentors the on-site team, including, the Project Engineer and Superintendent.
ASSISTANT ESTIMATOR / PURCHASING MANAGER
UBC is now hiring a hardworking, collegial, Assistant Estimator/ Purchasing Manager with experience in multi-family construction. You will be responsible for working with Executive Vice President of Construction (VP) on estimating, preconstruction activities and purchasing (buy of projects) for construction projects.
