Aloe Palm Canyon Groundbreaking

Aloe Palm Canyon sponsored a groundbreaking ceremony in Palm Springs, CA marking a momentous occasion in the vibrant community's history. This development, consisting of 71 units within a two-story community, offers a comfortable and supportive living environment for seniors. Among the 71 units, 25 will be dedicated to individuals who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, providing them with a chance to rebuild their lives. This groundbreaking represents a significant step towards addressing the critical issue of homelessness in Palm Springs thereby emphasizing the city's dedication to creating a more equitable and caring community.

More affordable housing coming to empty lot at 1435 3rd Street in Westlake

Affordable housing in Santa Fe Springs, Huntington Park up for $60M in funding

In a unanimous vote, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors moved earlier today to authorize applications for a combined total of nearly $60 million in bond financing that would go toward the construction of two affordable housing developments in Santa Fe Springs and Huntington Park. The two projects, when completed, would create a combined total of 150 income-restricted homes.
