PALM VISTA APARTMENTS

The building will consist of 91 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units. While parking was not required by code, the building will have ample parking in a fully secured basement and at grade. Above the podium, units consist of 3 levels of Type V construction over two levels of Type 1 parking. The architect has developed a pleasing color palate and modern style. The building splits in the center and reaches out to the public at its main entry area. On site amenities are primarily on the entry level as you enter the building. At the podium courtyard level, various planters, benches and shade areas provide tenant spaces for rest and relaxation. The building will feature two community rooms, a kitchen, lounge space and computer stations for residents. Select units may have small balconies with views out over the neighboring properties.
