CULVER CITY ROTARY PLAZA

The Culver City Rotary Club consists of 100 senior units located in Culver City, California. The redevelopment required a complete interior and exterior renovation. All unit and common area interiors were removed and replaced with new upgraded finishes. The building scope included a complete plumbing re-piping, new low voltage and master antenna and new fire alarm system throughout the building. It also included a complete exterior renovation including new façade improvements, new exterior windows, new roofing, all new hardscape and landscape on site as well as new off-site improvements.
