Kathy Ferguson

Assistant Operations Manager

Kathy Ferguson is the Company’s Assistant Operations Manager. Kathy comes to UBC with an insurance background, with over ten years in the industry. As such Kathy’s responsibilities include monitoring Subcontractor insurance compliance, working hand in hand with one of UBC’s consultants. She oversees labor and wage compliance, with both UBC staff and Subcontractors. Kathy facilitates the commencement, planning, and coordinating compliance with project Ownership and UBC’s Superintendents. Lastly Kathy assists with accounting, manages employee recognition, the procurement of office supplies, and assists with the planning and organization of company events. Kathy lives with her husband in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, she enjoys being active and visiting the beach.
