ELDEN ELMS

This building is located contiguous to Westmore Linden. It is the second phase of the development sponsored by the client, West Hollywood Community Housing Corp. Consisting of 93 large family units, the building is on grade with an elevated parking deck to accommodate the parking for the family tenants. At ground level, off Elden Avenue which dead ends at Pico, the lobby opens into a vaulted space that features a unique staircase that rises to the courtyard.  At the courtyard, tenants enjoy outdoor seating areas, a communal BBQ space and various garden nooks. The building features multiple service offices, a laundry facility, a computer lab, a space for after school studies and a fully equipped exercise room. Units are spacious. Many units feature balconies with views of the downtown skyline.
