Venice Community Housing and Community Corporation of Santa Monica are partnering to develop the 20th Street Apartments in Santa Monica. This 100% affordable housing site will be home to 78 units, including three-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and one-bedrooms. The project will also have 26 underground parking spaces, 152 bike parking spaces, and two units for on-site property management staff.  In addition to safe, stable, and permanently affordable homes, residents will have access to employment and education services, physical and mental health services, tenant-centered workshops and classes.
