Fountain Street & Wehrle Court Family Housing is a proposed affordable multifamily housing development located at 4151 East Fountain Street in the City of Long Beach. The development will transform an underutilized site into a thoughtfully designed residential community, providing 72 units of affordable housing for low-income households and families and 1 managers unit.
