Grandview Apartments is located at 714-760 S. Grand View Street, Los Angeles, CA, located approximately one block south of MacArthur Park in the MacArthur Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The development involves the demolition of eighteen one-bedroom duplexes and the new construction of one six-story apartment building with dual elevator access to all floors that will include 53 one-bedroom residential housing units, 27 two-bedroom residential housing units, 19 three-bedroom residential housing units, and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit. The development will provide 25 parking spaces, 2 of which will be accessible. The 53 one-bedroom units will be approximately 500 square feet (sf); the 27 two-bedroom units will be approximately 785 square feet (sf); the 19 three-bedroom units will be approximately 1,000 square feet (sf); and the two-bedroom manager’s unit will be approximately 785 sf. The development will provide 54 units for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and chronic homelessness whose incomes are at or below 60% of the area median income, 40 units for individuals and families whose incomes are at or below 60% of the area median income, and 5 units for individuals and families whose incomes are at or below 80% of the area median income. The building amenities will include secure bicycle parking, landscaped courtyards, laundry rooms, community rooms, property management and resident services office.
