THE PANO PSH

The Pano is a proposed new development by LA Family Housing which consists of the conversion of an existing old hotel to a new development that will contain 91 units upon completion. The location for the development is Van Nuys, California, which is undergoing significant redevelopment activity. The development will be 40 rehabilitation units and 51 new units in an additional ground up building, surface parking for six vehicles will also be provided. Formerly unhoused residents will live in this Permanent Supportive Housing building where they will have access to on- site resources that will include case management, transportation assistance, life skills training. Residents will be able to utilize the community room and enjoy ample outdoor space including a dog park.
