MARTEL AVENUE

Martel Avenue is a proposed new affordable housing building for seniors and individuals with special needs who are making no more than 25%-80% of the local Area Median Income (AMI). Twenty-five (25) units will be reserved for permanent supportive housing with vouchers. The community is one block from Santa Monica Boulevard  in West Hollywood and was acquired with an acquisition loan from the City of West Hollywood. The development consists of a single, 5-story building and one level of subterranean parking with approximately 19 parking spaces to serve residents and staff.

A community center will include a multipurpose room, common area lounge, property management offices and on-site laundry. Outdoor open spaces will have a landscaped podium deck with seating areas and a secondary amenity deck with areas for passive recreation and outdoor events.
