PEAK PLAZA
Peak Plaza Apartments, located along the Metro's Blue Line in downtown Los Angeles, will be a new 104-unit building providing a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units to individuals and large families. 102 units will be income-restricted to households earning between 30% and 60% of area median income. Two units will be reserved for on-site property managers. The building will feature on-site laundry facilities, two community rooms for resident-use, a small play yard for children and a pet relief area, a central courtyard with green space, a subterranean parking garage with 51 parking spaces, and secured parking for 104 bicycles.
