GRACE VILLAS
Grace Villas is a proposed 48-unit multifamily affordable housing development located in the Lincoln Heights community of the City of Los Angeles, with anticipated completion scheduled for late 2027. The building is situated on City-owned land currently used as a surface parking lot and will provide much-needed housing opportunities for low-income households and families. The development will include a mix of twenty-one one-bedroom units, fifteen two-bedroom units (including one manager’s unit), and twelve three-bedroom units. Homes will be reserved for households earning up to 30%, 40%, and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI), ensuring a range of affordability levels. Twelve units will be designated for individuals with developmental disabilities, with supportive services provided by the East Los Angeles Regional Center. An additional ten units will serve survivors of domestic violence and their families, with intensive services provided by the Downtown Women’s Center. The remaining units will be available to low-income households and families. Grace Villas is being developed by W.O.R.K.S and LINC Housing in partnership with GTM Holdings, LLC.
